Lawyer won't lie for Molly de Blanc & Chris Lamb (mollamby)

The bundle of libel created by the toxic lawyer Jonathan Cohen at great cost to Debian volunteers finishes with the oath:

The Complainants certify that the information contained in this Complaint is to the best of the Complainants’ knowledge complete and accurate, that this Complaint is not being presented for any improper purpose, such as to harass, and that the assertions in this Complaint are warranted under the Rules and under applicable law, as it now exists or as it may be extended by a good-faith and reasonable argument.

Respectfully submitted,

Jonathan Saul Cohen, Charles Fussell

The wording of the following paragraph caught our eye. The lawyer is not willing to deny that Chris Lamb and Molly de Blanc had a romantic conflict of interest, he only speculates that revealing the relationship was a privacy violation:

Debian Community News on January 25 2022: Coroner’s Report Lucy Wayland & Debian Abuse Culture ... [snip] ... this at the same time as a defamatory allegation against Molly de Blanc that she had slept with the Project Leader in order to qualify as a Debian Developer for which she was not technically qualified: these are gross violations of Ms de Blanc’s privacy rights and ... [snip more hysteria]

We don't care about the privacy of what Chris Lamb and Molly de Blanc did in all those hotel rooms funded by diversity grants from Debian and other free software non-profits.

What we care about is the unforgivable conflict of interest.

Consider when Debian, under Chris Lamb, endorsed Molly de Blanc as a candidate for the board of another institution, the Open Source Initiative (OSI). When Debian made that endorsement, nobody said that Lamb, the leader of Debian, was in a sexual relationship with de Blanc but the lawyer is now hinting that was, in fact, the case.

de Blanc was subsequently elected as President of the OSI. These two supposedly independent organizations were run by boyfriend and girlfriend. Screw them, if you'll excuse the pun.

That is a conflict of interest that is in the public interest, especially when you consider that Lamb was also on the OSI board at the same time as his girlfriend.

Here is an OSI board photo:

And here they are at the Microsoft office, a complete sell-out of the free software vision:
